Happy New Year to everyone. I am honored and privileged to be elected as Club Captain for year 2012/2014. I sincerely thank all members for their continuous support. We are a progressive club with vibrant committees and membership.
We have many activities in the past year, notably with the increasing number of junior golfers playing golf. We have revised conditions and implement bulls-eye and hole-in-one prize for monthly medals and festive tournaments. I wish to thank the sponsors for hole-in-one prize, which will make the competition more interesting and attractive. With this, we hope to attract more members to participate in monthly medals and festive tournaments.
We will organize more competitions and other activities for our members. Thanks to all members who support our club’s events.
A lot of work has been done so far but this does not mean we will be slowing down. We now have momentum behind us and are going to continue to drive forward. Please remember that this is YOUR club so please help us in our effort to improve the playing condition of the club, value for money and friendly atmosphere. We are proud that Kelab Golf Bintulu is always being known as an “affordable place to play golf”.
