BINTULU: Bintulu Golf Club has received some 80 units of E-Z-GO RXV golf buggies from the Buggy Services and Supplies Sdn Bhd yesterday.

The new buggies are to replace the old buggies E-Z-GO TXT Freedom which have been used since 2005.
During the handing over ceremony, the Managing Director of Buggy Services and Supplies Sdn Bhd, Saidi Ahmad Abg Shamsudin commented that their company are determined to provide the best playing conditions for the club with the use of the newly fully motorised buggies and the upgraded machinery as well as investing in the quality of the services.
“We have a sufficient number of buggies now and encourage the golfers to use golf buggies, whereever possible. This could speeds up play and actually create less compaction than football, which is good for the course”, said Saidi.
“Our company also invested in a new fleet of golf buggies, which are the very latest electric RXV models from E-Z-GO in order to provide a quality services to the golfers”, he added.
“The carts are superb, expecially the innovative braking system and the automatic battery filling, which reduces daily maintenance checks. Overall they are very good gold buggies, competitively priced and ideal for contributing to the quality image at Bintulu Golf Club.”
Also present at the function were Bintulu resident, Muhamad Yakub Kari and the Bintulu Golf captain, Lai Chee Hua who later received the buggies from the suppliers, Buggy Services and Supplies Sdn Bhd.
